2. Flash Sales & Pricing

All products on onlineflash.sale are sold through time-limited flash sales. By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Time-limited pricing: Flash sale prices are only valid for the duration of the active sale timer. Once the timer expires or stock reaches zero, prices automatically revert to the standard retail price.
• Limited stock: Each flash sale has a fixed quantity of items. We cannot guarantee availability for the duration of the timer.
• No rain checks: If stock sells out before you complete your purchase, we are unable to honour the flash sale price.
• Price accuracy: We make every effort to display accurate prices. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel orders and issue full refunds.

3. Orders & Payment

All transactions are processed through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. By making a purchase you also agree to Stripe's terms of service.

• Prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated.
• Payment is charged at the time of purchase.
• A confirmation email will be sent to the address provided at checkout.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including suspected fraudulent orders, in which case a full refund will be issued immediately.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.

5. Returns & Refunds

We offer returns in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy and Australian Consumer Law. In summary:

• Change-of-mind returns accepted within 30 days in original, unused condition
• Faulty or damaged goods will be replaced or fully refunded at no cost to you
• Flash sale pricing does not affect your statutory consumer rights

6. Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have products repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Nothing in these Terms limits, excludes, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy under the ACL that cannot lawfully be limited, excluded, or modified.

• Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading conduct

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of FlashSale or its content suppliers and is protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Product images are used with permission from respective brands/suppliers. Unauthorised use is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FlashSale and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or any products purchased. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
